Hannah Bech

Mental Health Practitioner

Hannah Bech, MA, Mental Health Practitioner (she/they), works with adults, teens, and couples. She has an interest in working with people struggling with life transitions, relationship challenges, and symptoms of anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She particularly enjoys working with individuals and couples in the LGBTQ+ community, and couples in which one or more partners have ADHD.

Hannah believes therapy should be collaborative and unique to each client’s journey. She uses curiosity and empathy to create a therapeutic environment where clients can explore their values and strengths, examine the narratives and systems that shape their experiences, and feel empowered to discover new possibilities. Clients working with Hannah are both validated and gently challenged as they follow the brave path to healing and liberation.

Hannah has completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and she works with couples to improve communication, learn and practice effective conflict management, and deepen trust and connection. She has also received training in discernment counseling, Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma, play therapy, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

Before becoming a therapist, Hannah worked in various roles in the mental health, education, and reproductive justice fields. She works under the supervision of Jessy Conners, LMFT, and Michelle Peterson, LMFT.
