Michelle Peterson, LMFT is an Approved Supervisor with the MN Board of Behavioral Health and the MN Board of Marriage and Family Therapy. In addition, Michelle is a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor with the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. She offers supervision for individuals, dyads, and groups seeking to meet MN state requirements for licensure as an LMFT or LPCC. Supervision is provided with a focus on professional development, diagnosing, treatment planning, and ethical care. Supervision can be in-person or via HIPAA-compliant video conferencing.
Michelle Peterson offers consultation for licensed mental health professionals. Consultation may include: clinical case consultation, review of ethics codes and state laws and how they apply to professional practice, procedure and documentation review, HIPAA compliance, or other topics as designed by you. Michelle is also available to consult or present on ethics-related topics at your workplace. Please contact us for more information and to design a workshop specific to your organization’s needs.
The Therapist Intern is a part time, 15-20 hours a week, paid position that reports directly to the Clinic Director. Therapist Interns participate in group consultation with the team and weekly individual supervision with an AAMFT/BMFT/BBHT Approved Supervisor.
Currently hiring for Fall 2023. Interviews begin in February 2023.
Interns can expect to provide therapy to individuals, couples and families both in person and via telehealth and will gain experience in diagnosing, treatment planning and the inner working of a private practice clinic.
