Jessy Conners

MA, LMFT, Clinical Supervisor

Jessy Conners, MA, LMFT (she/her) is a licensed marriage and family therapist who sees individual adults and couples with a variety of mental health concerns. She works with relationship issues such as communication, conflict, infidelity, and parenting, and has a particular interest in LGBTQ+ couples and those in which one or both partners have ADHD. She also works with individuals and couples experiencing perinatal mood disorders, infertility, miscarriage, and stillbirth. 

Jessy received a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University of MN, a master’s degree in Psychology from Queens College, City University of NY, and a BA in Psychology from St. Olaf College. She started her career working with autistic children and their families in school and home settings for over 15 years. She has completed basic and advanced certificate courses in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International, and has additional training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Jessy brings a relational, strengths-based perspective to therapy and believes healthy relationships are central to our individual sense of wellbeing. Her integrative approach is warm, straightforward, and non-judgmental. She challenges clients with honesty and humor, partnering with them to build on their strengths and move toward healing and change.
