Katie Eisold

MA, LPCC

Katie Eisold, MA, LPCC (she/her) enjoys working with individual adults and teens (15+) with a variety of mental health concerns. She has significant experience working with people coping with grief and loss. She recognizes how unique grief is to each one of us, and works to normalize and validate the diversity of one’s grief experiences to promote hope and healing. In addition to her work with grief and loss, she frequently sees clients navigating a later-in-life ADHD diagnosis and exploring how this impacts everyday life and relationships. She also enjoys working with depression, anxiety, communication, and life transitions.

Katie has over 25 years of experience working in healthcare, supporting the emotional health of individuals and families. She has presented locally and nationally on both bereavement and patient/family-centered care. In her practice, Katie is warm, collaborative, and enjoys incorporating humor. She strives to cultivate growth and transformation through a client-centered approach built on a strong therapeutic relationship. Her goal is to help clients build on their strengths to achieve their goals, supporting them on their journey.

Katie is a Licensed Professional Cinical Counselor in the state of Minnesota and continues to work under the guidance of Jessy Conners, LMFT, and Michelle Peterson, LMFT while completing her insurance credentialing process. Katie can be reached at Katie@MNMentalHealthConsulting.com
