Across our team, we offer support for a range of concerns and draw on several therapeutic approaches for individuals 12 years of age and older. Our clinicians consider how symptoms, relationships, life experiences, and identity connect. We can also help you address several concerns at once.
We specialize in the options below across our practice, but each individual therapist has different training and areas of focus.

- ADHD Therapy: Support with executive function challenges, emotional regulation, and self-understanding.
- Anxiety Therapy: Space to address persistent worry and overwhelm that interfere with daily life.
- Depression Therapy: Support when low mood and disconnection make everyday life difficult.
- Grief Counseling: Process grief and loss without pressure.

- Trauma Therapy: Treatments for both PTSD and complex trauma. Heal from distressing experiences with our trauma-informed therapists.
Our team of experts draws on several approaches to meet your needs, including CBT, DBT, and Psychodynamic therapy. For trauma-related concerns, clinicians offer additional approaches like CPT, Brainspotting, and EMDR to help you address emotional and physical responses as well as deeply held beliefs about blame, safety, and self-worth. Our couples therapists draw from EFT and the Gottman method to help you and your partner build a strong emotional connection and healthy relationship patterns.
Each of our clinicians brings different training and specialties. You don’t have to choose a method of therapy before contacting us. Your clinician can explain what their approach would look like in your sessions and discuss your questions before moving forward.

Are appointments available after work or school?
Schedules vary by clinician, but we do offer evening appointments. Please contact us about current openings that fit your routine.
Can I choose online therapy even if I live nearby?
Yes. Living in Bloomington does not require you to attend in person. Discuss telehealth with your clinician to determine whether it fits your needs. You must be physically located in Minnesota during sessions and have a private place to participate.
How do I get started if I don’t know which therapist to choose?
Contact our team for help exploring available providers. You can share your scheduling preferences and the general type of support you’re seeking. If a preferred clinician is full, ask about another provider or a waitlist.
How much do your services cost? Can I use insurance?
We accept many insurance plans. Before booking, confirm your benefits and whether your chosen clinician participates in your plan. If you plan to pay out-of-pocket, our rates are $240 for intake appointments, $160 – $215 for individual, couples, and family sessions.
A credit card is required to be on file, and fees, copays, and coinsurance are due at the time of service. We also offer low-cost therapy options with marriage and family therapy practitioners completing graduate clinical training under supervision.
