Allie Phillips

Mental Health Practitioner

Allie Phillips, MA, Mental Health Practitioner (she/her)  We all want purpose, connection, and meaning in our lives. Allie will help you access your inner resources and knowledge to attain these things, and she knows that feeling understood and seen by another person can make all the difference. Allie works with adults, couples, and teens who want to collaborate to become their best selves, who are ready to feel empowered to grow and to overcome challenges, and who are ready to take the next step in healing. Allie offers a safe place to talk and to listen, which is sometimes all we need to move forward.

Allie’s approach is integrative, warm, curious, and direct. She wholeheartedly believes in inclusivity and every person’s right to define their own identity. Allie has training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, perinatal mental health, and is also a Level 1 practitioner in Brainspotting, a therapeutic method for processing and releasing neurophysiological sources of trauma and pain.

Prior to becoming a therapist, Allie had a career in entrepreneurship and human resources, where she learned a significant amount about people–what motivates us, what makes us feel heard, and, ultimately, that each person is the unique product of their own internal and external factors. She completed a master’s degree in Holistic Health, which cemented her belief that every person has a right to health, wellness, and quality healthcare. Deciding to pivot to a career in therapy has been so rewarding, and Allie’s curiosity about others and the human experience continues to grow.

Allie is pursuing LPCC licensure in the state of Minnesota and works under the supervision of Jessy Conners, LMFT, and Michelle Peterson, LMFT.
